Current open-water sources, like rivers and streams, are highly susceptible to agricultural runoffs containing fertilizers and chemicals.

A COMPREHENSIVE CLEAN WATER SYSTEM

Along with the Borewell project, ASIF Foundation also gives waterpacks (Guis) to highland people during Gui project.

is ASIF Foundation project in collaboration with Duy Tan Plastic Recycling to create and develop waterpacks (Guis) for people in the Central Highlands.

LEVERAGING SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION IN GIA LAI

200 borewells

have been constructed 13/14 rural districts and 72 townships in Gia Lai province

+1.200 children

are able to drink from clean water sources, enjoying better care, sanitation and reducing incidents of water-borne diseases. 

20,000 direct beneficiaries

have direct access to clean and consistent water sources in Gia Lai.

3 hours reduction

average in water collection trips for beneficiaries, further reduce risks during trips, and improve overall productivity for beneficiary households, especially prematurity children at Kông Chro district, Gia Lai province and  nearby districts.
